Digital Camera Class
No matter how great you are at anything, if you don’t use your skills, they can get rusty. It’s as true for photography as it is for anything else. If you find yourself fumbling with settings you used to be comfortable with — or even if you’re unboxing your very first digital camera and aren’t quite sure where to begin — this workshop can help.
What to bring:
• Your camera
• Your camera’s manual
• Your burning questions
What we’ll cover:
In this workshop, you’ll get more sure-footed with using your DSLR camera in manual mode. You’ll get hands-on with your own camera, reconnecting with how to shoot in manual mode under a variety of conditions. We'll look at: metering appropriately for the lighting conditions; choosing the correct shutter, aperture, and ISO settings for a good exposure; deciding whether to lead with shutter speed or depth of field, depending on your subject.
